2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted via OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites. Technical data such as IP address, access time, requested page, referrer, browser, device, status and security data may be processed. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Processing outside the EEA may occur; OpenAI identifies adequacy decisions and EU Standard Contractual Clauses as safeguards.
3. Audience measurement
The hosting platform records page views and unique visits in aggregated form. We do not set advertising or marketing cookies ourselves. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Automatic language selection
On the first visit we use the browser-provided language and, where supplied by the hosting platform, a general country code. Only a manually selected language is stored locally in the browser and takes priority on later visits. It is used solely for language selection, not advertising, profiling or audience measurement.
5. Comments, ratings and counters
For voluntary feedback we process the name or nickname, comment, time and comment or reply number. A random technical key is stored locally in the browser; only its hash is stored on the server. This enables editing or deleting one's own posts on the same device and helps prevent misuse. A simple arithmetic question protects against automated submissions. Comments remain public until deleted or moderated; suspicious posts may be held temporarily.
Download and documentation views and ratings are stored only as aggregated counters. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Please do not enter credentials or sensitive personal data.
6. External links and Bunny Cinema
Facebook, Instagram and YouTube are external links. Their privacy policies apply only after a link is clicked. For Bunny Cinema our server retrieves publicly available titles, publication dates and preview images from the selected YouTube playlist and caches them temporarily. No YouTube player or social-media plugin is loaded in the browser.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details to answer the request. Depending on its content, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate.
